HitBTC doesnt bring bigger 24 hour volume, why? Maybe because big withdrawal fees? Why they have so big fees? Almost 20USD to withdraw some MinexCoins.

But as far as I understood the scenario could be:
Sending MNX from the web wallet to the card --> this gets instantly converted (average market price on Coinmarketcap.com) into fiat and is ready to spend --> and reverse if you want to get fiat back.
Is that correct?

Almost, crypto--fund--bank--purchase/widtdhrawal. Crypto will be converted on the time of purchase, as I know.

I think Hitbtc will publish listing after MNX start KYC because big advertise for cards. For most people mnx listing is still under radar. Also you must notice strong bear market

Until official announcement from HitBTC and ourselves we do not recommend to send coin to the exchange. Some extended testing is being implemented now.

Just to clarify when you hold your coin in minexpay address then you can´t park them. You can only park your coins from a wallet that has a signing feature so you can link your address to minexbank.

Correct. You either hold in the MinexBank and get interest or hold in the card.
