Any instruction to fill nblocks n matriks dev?  And when can we send a coin in bounty portal?

nblocks : number of block you need to generate
maxtries : number of trying you will do.

if your CPU is Core i3 2.0 Ghz, you can generate it faster. just type like it on debug window :
"generate 1 100000"

and, for dev, we need to withdraw our coin from ICO and bounty site, when we can do it? please, tell us.
