I have joined your pool for testing purposes.
Could you explain how claims are stored? I see pending, valid and invalid at the right side of the page. It says that it updates itself every 5 min, after a while claims are still in pending. My question is, is it safe to close browser/tab/sign-out and keep all the claims that are in pending? How often pool validates claims? Why are we getting invalid claims? What is the cause of claim rejection?

It looks like heavy traffic is taking its effect. IMO this is not to good. Probably half of my claims will get rejected...
Works to slow, pool cant keep up with claim-rate, and Im clicking kinda slow. Cant invest to much time to this pool if its going to be like that.  
What is the official time (UTC) that pool releases founds?

Nice stats, I joined your pool OP and I already start claiming using my own address.

Claim button is not working,I am claiming alone using my own wallet but the claim button is not working I still cannot decide if I will join a team or just work alone and what are the features of this site,will wait for the dev to answer users questions.

Well once you put your xrb adress : https://raipool.com/ you just need to press the button Work, and then once the Claim once it will give you captchas automatic. With out pool you can work into multitabs with different adress, you can use 3 tabs and start work at them without issues, the captchas that not validated are few and we are always trying to improve the pool.




Regarding the faucet payments, yes all payments will be sent to our pool adress the same way others pools does, wich where we will  get our fee and process the payments accordingly the % each worker has made along the day.

I would like to ask OP about fee for yesterdays round.
There was a mistake of some sort and all(?) pool members Mrai are in hold.
If I understand correctly this mistake was at pool side, not the chain of XRB, can we expect that you will lower the fee as a recompensation for the inconvenience? 1-2% maybe?
IMO there should be some consequences of such unexpected founds hold.
Depends of your good will, I guess but would show that you care about your user-base.

Hey Doamader. Could you do something about this:

Maybe a fixed size box, just like on login page? IMO will do the trick.
Its not only visual/aesthetic thing.
Address is not contained correctly on mobiles, stretching web page and making it scale badly.
When solving captchas browser sometimes interprets double taps as zoom...
Slows me down and driving a little mad at the same time
O, and invalid claims are back You think that new servers @Rai headquarters will help?

We were able to figure and handle the invalid claims, and soo far looks we have handled the best way with it.

I will notice the developer about the mobile issue, as soon as possible we will handle those, but we are focus into set automatic payments, and make the pool the first without invalid claims.
