If it was an actual hack, then the hacker could be sending money to themselves to get free coin. If that's the case, every invested after a certain point should not count towards a refund.

It's not like they could go to the ICO website and the address is posted there. Where did they get it? It's so weird.

What is the latest team statement on this?
Nobody is buying at Etherdelta althought they have 6 millions collected.
