Sorry but there is no incoming NXT from the account you submitted. Pls check your NXT client and records.

BTC functionality is back to normal with instant deposits. We will deal with wrongly submitted pending NXT deposits later today hopefully.

Please add fees and remove the 30% trade restriction - it is very frustrating, I can't watch the price 24/7 in order to place a bid/ask that is satisfactory for me!!

Plus it will give you the funds to scale to a more professional level - from a business perspective it was God send to have the lead in this market - it is a matter of time until other options are available (I am personally trying it, already lobbied in 4 directions!).

With your current infrastructure you will become very easily obsolete and frankly I don't want to see that, for emotional reasons (hey you were there when no one cared) and from a healthy market perspective (the more good exchanges the better for NxT).

This has been cleared now. In fact it was your other deposit of 200000 from 12-16 that was pending due to NXT API client difficulties in confirming transactions. Thanks for your patience.

yesterday and two days ago BTC deposits was instant, but now, I've added 2 btc and it's still pending.

I've sent some BTC and its not even showing as pending. almost 100 confirmations on the blockchain.

added new deposit for same amount on dgex and STILL shows no pending deposits and no balance!

the coin has already been moved out of the original deposit address by you or whoever controls this address with DGEX

This has no significance, we have thousands of accounts on our bitcoin server and coins are mixed automatically.

Please upgrade your server man. Add trading fees they will cover it.

DGEX now offers limited instant (a few mins) BTC witdrawals.

I'm aware of the insufficient server capacity and we are working to transfer to new hardware after Christmas. The site is occasionally a bit slow mainly due to bandwidth limitations on our Panama host, but it still works pretty nicely.

I've been waiting an hour for my deposit to complete. Is everything ok?
Earlier today I deposited a test amount of 1000 NXT and it was almost instantaneous.

Your withdrawals struck the first moments after installation while the limitation affected all withdrawals. Standard withdrawals are of course not limited. As a compensation we paid yours already...
