It will be distributed. They already made statement regarding the eth crash and the fund some days ago. They will continue the project but change a few things to cut down the budget.

But heres some questions: is this platform a torrent client base project ?
Will the future dapps be deployed on the main chain or will there be an option to have their own chain like Lisk has for example ?

the crowdsale is almost at the end of this funding congratulations to all of the participants it looks like the fyn token is very expensive because 1ETH is equals to 100 FYN that is so very expensive i invest some of my money in this program.

yes, i agree. because of eth's price gone down, the equivalent of the amount in USD all went down.. if only eth's price bounced backed to atleast .1 then maybe they would reach the minimum funding goal.

i think this is due to people selling there eths to have btc because there will be some free BCC in august 1.. and also because of consecutive eth hacks happened.

hi. 1.5M is the minimum cap.. as you can read in the op, you can see this,

"...We will reserve 3% of the tokens sold during the crowdsale, (up to 225,000 tokens assuming we hit our capped crowdsale token amount of 7.5M FYN tokens) for the bounty program...."

that 225 000 token will only be allocated for the bounty IF all 7.5M tokens have been sold out. meaning, the total bounty is just the 3% f the total tokens sold. unfortunately, not all tokens were sold..
