Another suggestion. Please let me know if I am spamming this thread and I will stop, but I think my suggestions are constructive  
What about a feature in which frequent posters can request a manual review by you before the official payment date on Mondays? This will help prevent a backlog of posts that can build up in a campaign like this that does not limit participants or posts. Users with like 50+posts (unpaid campaign posts) can ask you to check their posts and pay them at any time, and this will leave a much easier task for the manager on Monday.
