We are very sad to hear that anything have gone wrong with hitbtc while working on bitcoinwisdom platform. Nevetherless, I don't want to loose our hope in cooperation.
Could you provide the more exact technical details about what was happening with hitbtc during probation period, so I together with our technical team could arrange some kind of improvement or support.

When the window's width is not enough to show 'Difficulty' or 'External Price', It will be hided.
Currently there is no option to control it. You have to increase the width of window or zoom out the window.

No. Exchange should ensure the API sends correct data. I've contacted Cryptsy for several times, but there is no reply.

Hi, another suggestion... apparently the maximum number of candles displayed is ~900 (~37 days in 1h intervals, ~18 days in 30m intervals, etc.)   With the compact format (2 pixels per candle) that is about 1800 pixels, which is reasonable limit for a window that fits in a single display screen.

However people who have two or more display screens can stretch the window across them to cover almost double that amount of pixels.  Or also stretch a window to be much larger than the screen, in order to look at details in the past.   Do you think it would be worth to accomodate such cases, by increasing the max number of candles according to the window width?

Ah this explains it. Yes new times are horrible.
I have 3 locations with Wlan where i am, all with a DSL connection. and these public dsl conections are chaning IP usually all 6-12 hours
And during movement between locations, i am connected 3G or LTE - and even between 3G and LTE i am given a differnt IP....

mabye you fix this soon.

One thing, i am always very frustrated with your interface
When drawing a line or so, you can only start "at a point in the curve" -- except the future side

Feature:
- Drawing Lines "free without point-bonding"
- Line Drawing "maybe holding shift" doing a horizontal one ?
- Line movement when drawn (x-y movement ( rotation ?)
- Zoom Feature, so that when you "draw" outside the view you are seeing where you land

Can't you do these features for "premium" users only ?

 

ATR is part of ADX/DMI used. but unfortunately, new indicators won't be added until the system layout improved.

The low alarm's sound is different now. the sound volume maybe too low.
