When will the exchange be ready?

The DEX has always been scheduled for Q1 2018 - which means by March 31st.

So far, NVO has not commented on if this date is still accurate or not.

Personally, I think this is because they don't know.  They may make it, they may not.

Is the wallet out yet? If not I would expect some delays on the DEX. Which is fine. I'd rather have a strong DEX late, than some Parity style crap early.

they are creating Veserus, a CENTRALIZED exchange, with your invested money 

I wonder when this token will have a real increase in its value BTC. i dont understand why NVO is not exploding yet.

This user is wrong and is assuming they used money from the ICO, but there is no proof that they are using any money from NVO, and even if they did use money from NVO they only have to provide a functioning dex and wallet with a plugin system  they can legitimately do whatever they want with the money, stop putting your opinions and false accusations before the facts.
