Value wise bitcoin has annihilated gold but, gold is still purchased by many people on the basis of safety and investment . The transaction fees is much less than compared to making and miscellaneous charges of gold. So trading wise bitcoin is the best choice whereas gold is better of as an investment.

I think bitcoin is not better that gold but is is a very helpful thing for us to invest a gold. Popularity and price value I'm sure gold wins because not all people know about bitcoin what is. I would call it a draw. Both of which are equally important but not comparable.

Gold is the best asset before bitcoin is formed, because gold has risen in price from year to year. and also keep gold safer there will be no hackers who steal gold. But once the bitcoin is present, many people switch to investing their money on bitcoin. because bitcoin is more volatile and very profitable. The relatively short price changes make a very good investment. You can benefit greatly from bitcoin storage. Although bitcoin is not very safe.
