We are going forward, so Poloniex and Bittrex is not too far.

I'm using WIN and downloading cachecoin-qt-win.exe - I tried downloading it from a different browser and it ends up incomplete.
I might try download it from my phone and see how that goes

The low hashrate is only a bug in stats and the fees are to support this project. I restore this project after crypsy goes offline and nobody use the network and I fight against vertone hard fork
and there is no obligation to use the pool if the fees to high for you.

Since today the developer is working on modification of POW algo (1st point of Roadmap) and planning to load updates to his github by the end of week!

I have passed this info to the owner of pool.
The network doesn't have any problem as soon as block explorer shows last block 173824!
