I have Parked TFL Tokens. I wonder how I can withdraw them.

It seems I need to use etherium wallet, for example myetherwaller(MEW). But I cannot seem any contract code under my user to transfer the funds.

Could you please give me a guide how can I transfer those funds to the wallet.

Ideally I would like to sell them on KuCoin - A guide on that would be also super helpful!

So if anybody could help me out, I would really appreciate the help!

Hi! First, which domain (url) are you using to send the support form? We would like to know more about the conditions which this error accured to fix it.

To withdraw your Tueflip tokens it is very easy, you just need to have a wallet that either support ERC20 compatible tokens or a wallet specifically for TFL tokens (like cuckoin's one)

To withdraw your tokens is very easy once you have the address you want to send them to, just head to the address tfl.trueflip.io


There you will see the "withdrawal" button to send your TFL tokens

I have similar problem other friends .I sent 178 TFL from Kucoin  to 0x3803c1aa9198388361971a934acb1677e1f66c8b address to park TFL token. If you look at  https://etherscan.io/token/0xa7f976c360ebbed4465c2855684d1aae5271efa9?a=0x3803c1aa9198388361971a934acb1677e1f66c8b you can see that is a successful transaction. But I do not see the TFL tokens which I sent .

I tried to reach you on twitter but it did not come back to me. Finally I hope to write from here I hope you solve the problem as soon as possible. because waiting is a very tense situation.I hope you will be back as soon as possible. it is also important for your reputation. As far as we can see, many people face the same problem.

Why don't I receive a payout from the Token Holders Fund?

I took part in the crowdsale. Since then, my tokens have been displayed on the True Flip website's account.

Only a "Master flip win" is shown in my account but no payout from the Token Holders Fund.

How does it work? I couldn't find any proper instructions anywhere.
