Too bad that the ICO info has been put in websites like tokenmarket only 2 or 3 days ago..
What if minimum investment of 10 000 eth is not reached? I didn't find any info about it.

This article makes people believe more in the project and people are still hoping good approach from this project. So it is going to be good when it is listed on the exchanges. What are the factors you are taking to control the electricity bills? what are the different pools structure you are going to allocate?
About electricity bill: things will look pretty much the same as they are today. So nothing drastically will change (except better service through blockchain and lower costs - lower price).
Pools will be created regionally as our focus is on local production and distribution. Also there are some legal issues we have to consider when creating a pool.
