    An exact clone of feather coin, only name different. It also differs on another small detail: a tar-foundation that gets 99% of the generated coins, like with freicoin, but perpetually.

    The foundation will first use its funds to buy a large holding of feathercoin.

    The foundation will have only two purposes:

    1. It will award bounties in tar- and feathercoin for anyone who can document they have sought up and rolled in tar and feather  anyone suggesting - or especially starting - alt coin clones with just minor tweaks from the existing ones.

    2. It will also make awards in tar- and feathercoin for anyone who battles tirelessly on this and other forums, against any alt coin clone with only minor tweaks from its predecessor.

    Luke-Jr will have the first award, and we hope he will accept appointment as the director of the tarcoin foundation.

    Our motto: The one to tar- and feather 'em all!
