What was your prediction about Steem because many people don't have positive opinion about the Steem. It is possible for Steem to drive the market to increase it's price because we are seeing the same value for many months.
All Alts have been crushed these last couple of months in BTC terms. It's been a generalized phenomenon. I commented on the difference between focusing on their USD value and their BTC value in this post from a few weeks ago:

I think it will rise substantially once Alts in general begin to rally again. STEEM is one of those projects that people either love or hate, something that usually indicates a lot of future success for those who love it.
But don't take my word for it, do your research and draw your own conclusions, and, when in doubt, remember, you don't have to go all in!
