Not actually quiet and the price was dump due to the unstable market pumping and dumping all is dump so it is not need to be redundantly ask why altcoins and oax is. If you will going to understand what OAX team is working on you will know that project is to valuable in the future.

When will the openANX open? I know this a decentrized exchange, which lanuched its ICO last June, but I can not find any information about any coins listed on that exchange.

Well it's always possible for a project to fail and lose its value. This is crypto and a lot of project merely have a great idea and a team, but this does not mean that the price will keep climbing. On the other hand, if the project succeeds your return on investment will be great.

As far as I know, this project does not yet have a finished product,
