Hey NaXxow, thanks for the interest. We are pretty different than DCORP, we are a real world application of the DEX concept. We aim to solve the two major challenges facing existing DEX.

1) The lack of liquidity in existing DEX
2) The ability to get fiat currency on and off chain

If I'm reading your site correctly, the tokens confer voting rights to the holders. Is there any more detail on how this system will work?

Edit: also is there any word on how much you're looking for in the initial sales offering? e.g. a ballpark estimate of the amount of tokens per ETH/USD/BTC etc.

Additional edit: Another post of theirs answered my question: "Each OAX is being sold to the public at the equivalence of US$0.75 in ETH based on the ETH/USD exchange rate as of 21st June 2017."
