Bettina from tenx just confirmed to me that if they are visible there then you have nothing to worry about, it's just a matter of time. It takes around 27hours until it shows up in your wallet as they have to audit everything.

So you don't need to do anything if you see something like the following when you enter your details oncheckPayToken :

           Welcome on board!
                  YOU HAVE


              XXXXX PAY tokens

 Contribution Amount: xxx BTC
Pay token balance will be available in your wallet after the token sale starting June 24th, 2017.

Your PAY tokens will be sent to $your eth address.
