A+C if I were you, given that:

• There are orders on the closed list that will never be paid for;
• There are newcomers that want to place an order but it's closed already

...I would start a new GB instance (call it "batch 2" or whatever), where you would take new orders, and you could promote orders from list #2 to list #1 if you fail to reach the minimum 300 because of unpaid orders.

190 units from 46 orders paid for so far. So we need 110 more units to be paid for, if you don't get that 100 order then you're going to have problems, if you don't get that 40 order as well then there're not enough orders for the minimum 300.

Maybe try and get word from that big order and see if they intend on collecting funds to pay, no one else in the list really matters at this point, trying to get payments from the other 46% will take a lot longer than the single big order.

I agree ..he may as well just order himself.  I am glad you got your wallet fixed.

I ordered with this buying group as it seemed it was going to go thru before any of the others but now with the lower unit number of 50 to place order I would be better off ordering from the group here in the US as they are placing their order in about 7 hours. If I can cancel my 10 unit order here without jeopardizing this group order and can get my refund sent back within a couple of hours that would be great, if not I will stay put.

I think we a ready to order it now.. No point to wait..

Point is OP put considerable effort into organizing this deal and would end up with much lower income.

Such a shame that about half of this group buy is done by lame ducks. Hopefully I´ll never have to deal with any of them. I bet those 100 pcs have been ordered from friedcat directly today.

Common guys, you started something, you knew it would close by Monday, now finish it!  

PLEASE:

Buyers: PAY for what you told you would pay, do it now, don't escape!
A+C: Don't accept refunds, and do the order today, and cancel everyone who didn't pay.


The process is engaged, getting away is unfair at this point. Let's get it done!
