@Blocklancer: Do you intend to publish a spreadsheet file for btctalk signature campaign ? I think this is important for the interest of the participants.

We intendet to publish a spreadsheet at the end of the signature campaign. You most likely want to see how many percent of the bitcointalk signature campaign bounty belogs to you at the moment. We could add a additional field where you see your percentage of the bitcoinatalk bounty as it would be far simpler than always updating a spreadsheet and more convenient for the end user as well. Tell me if that would be ok.

To the rule change topic: I would say it is not a change of rules it is an extension of the rules.
I think it is important to have an active ANN Thread so that everybody could see it on top.
I would agree with increasing the stakes you additionally receive for posting in the official ANN Thread to 1 stake per post.
