Most likely it will. By the time ICO begins in September, Ethereum must have bottomed out and start a new bull run while Bitcoin is already activating Segwit. So there will be more people interested to buy.

Decent and Voxels are not even similar. The first one is decentralized distribution and the latter is platform to create 3D graphics for VR. Spectiv decentralization is in payments - content contributors, curators and viewers will be able to earn SPECs from advertisers ad campaign via smart contracts. The paltform will be hosted by Spectiv.

I think two platforms are completely different one is music platform and spectivvr is video streaming platform. I find nothing difference in between them how can you corelate with each other.

What do you mean? you just think they are completely different and you find there are nothing difference. I think both of them have its own advantages, music platform provides music and spective is vido streaming.

True, There's a dump on a altcoin market now it's on the blood now because of investors going for summer vacation i think and other reasons but don't panic it will be good soon maybe next month or next 2 months it's good to invest now on ico's due to blood of market.
