you cannot pull this off with all local legislation.

sounds nice idea - however: This is a common topic already covered in many TED TEDx speeches as use case of blockchain.

You cannot pull this off. So you must be ready to scam a lot of people.

Good idea, but idea is not yours.
First go put some 1000$ each into this with all those beautiful faces you have. Create a prototype to show us.

Then ask for our money.

If not, you are SCAMMERs

anyone thinks otherwise has no clue what it takes to agree with government to organize such an undertaking. it is not gonna happen with bunch of Romanians/Nobody people.

And now this one.....lol

What's more, whenever he posts new ICO's a crowd of noob shill accounts seem to appear - beware.

drop it like it's hot.

Answering blurryeyed:

The short answer is that blurryeyed is a troll and none of his claims survive any serious verification.

Specifically:
1. Only negative feedback is present despite multiple successful and well functioning projects
2. His post history is pure trolling and a couple of dumb questions like “how to launch a wallet”
3. He seems to be failed to understand that Ambisafe is a blockchain software company with multiple software engineers, serving multiple clients

Each item one by one:

Yes, and it’s ok. It was the first ever bitcoin merchant service,  launched 2011. It’s 2017 now.

Same here. One of the first bitcoin exchanges that allowed people to buy BTC using credit card. All complains were resolved in 2013.

Yes man, it takes time to operate company in blockchain space. We have support department now that answers questions.

The ICO didn’t reach minimal amount. All investors got their money back. It is a proof of the opposite to what you are claiming.

Minor problems with bounty campaign, everything has been addressed.
The fund invests in other iCO’s as promised:

Ambisafe had a contract with them, but it has been terminated at early stages of the project. I don’t really follow on what’s going on there.

There has been multiple planted attacks to the project, including trolls at bitconitalk and real DDoS attack at the launch of the ICO.
I guess it is paid by some of competitors.

Nothing is wrong with this project. Legit team of investment bankers, issuing shares of real company on the blockchain. Unfortunately most of the cryptocurrency enthusiasts cannot appreciate the complexity of legal work that has been done.

It’s not an attempt, it’s the first smart contract based trading platform that actually works. Everyone is welcome to try it out.

All transaction issues has been addressed, no new complains has been seen for many months.

Ambisafe team have developed all smart contracts for the project. Feel free to contact chronobank representatives for confirmation.

They’ve requested a bit of marketing support from us and didn’t have a bitcointalk account to post the announcement.  According to our due dilligence the project is legit. All questions have been answered.

Yes, we have customer support department with 5+ people. This is the only way to handle questions from 3000+ investors all speaking different languages. What’s wrong with this?

Here's a small sample of verification for you:

This was complete BS of course. You never talked to them at all, but you added their names & pics to your ICO scam site anyway. This was confirmed when another forum user contacted them & they then threatened to sue you unless you removed all their details from your BS ICO site.

Hello everyone!

Finally the thread was moved to the proper destination – Altcoin Announcements of Bitcointalk. Welcome, everyone and thanks for the interest and good questions.

We would like to inform you that we put legal compliance to regional regulations as one of our top priorities in our mission to create a partly decentralized real estate transaction product and then a global P2P real estate market.  We've developed the first prototype for the decentralized ecosystem that will allow real estate transactions be fast and secure whilst reducing fraud and middlemen. We believe that it is imperative that we follow all legislative regulations in the beginning to legally allow buyers from around the world to purchase properties online. We have made lobbying and R&D efforts already in several countries for the adoption of a unified and decentralized global real estate ecosystem. The governments are acceptive.

Our team has extensive experience in the real estate industry in the jurisdictions of the US, EU, Middle East and China.

We would also like to note that this is just an initial announcement – we are currently finalizing our white paper and we will publish it early next week.

Additionally, for those interested in bounty campaign – we will also be announcing it early next week. Please stay tuned!

Thank you,
Propy Team

ok,
watching for more information in the future.
pm-ed dev and reserving my spot.
hope nothing goes wrong.

adding to my watchlist

Propy is the first and only product that automates the entire real estate purchase process via smart contracts (and not just the title transfer). We are the only company that aims to turn real estate trading into commodity trading. Other companies have been working on fractionalizing real estate sales for crowdfunding, and we have seen many such schemes before the advent of blockchain. However, before tokenizing the asset and fractionalizing it, the process for the fully online purchase of entire assets must be put in place. This what Propy does. The next step will be tokenizing the asset and transferring it between digital wallets.
