Why isn't there a wallet?

the thread says that this project starts by silicon valley team with 4+ years experience on blockchain development, but why i can't find the team behind this project on the website?

The whitepaper is a very standard source of information in this industry. I understand the need for a better website, but that will come.MOAC has a functioning network, which is better than many other coins in the top 100. I personally am glad they put emphasis on the network before the website.
