Yes I did. Took me a while but I found the link - here. Now, I'm not sure if it did anything as all my emails to Liza (the ACT admin) who sent me the link has gone unanswered but it's worth a try.

the bounty will be distributed in November, but im afraid that there will be nothing. They dont update their Facebook, twitter or Medium, no changes, no News... they dont even created the Bitcointalk topic after the admin closing about general rules..
