I think this is not the right application. Participants who believed in the project and loyal, continues to be in the campaign. They help spread the project. Stakes of those people who escaped signautre campaign need to be deleted for my opinion.

On what basis do you propose to developers to change the initial rules of participation in the campaign of signatures? Just because you wanted this?
