This isn't the first wallet to show up with detection of ircbot lately. Electra coin's wallet also has been showing that as well. I believe the Heuristic scans are picking up something common in a lot of the wallets since they all share a lot of base code.

You need to have 30000000 LINDA to set up a masternode.

Maybe there's some sort linking error in their website you download wallet from here https://mega.nz/#!I6ISlYbQ!AzAtQmRwSvOKoENEZfQuLiaV5babSN8anrgB1JlFkuU

Edit: checked again the wallet link is working correctly in website

Guys be extremely careful.. Developer give me some clarification, why is there an IRC-backdoor in your QT wallet?

Why are you ignoring my question "quickdeal"? "Trojan.win32.IRCbot.avdi" is not a "false-positive". Who are the devs you are claiming to be in your "team"?

Guys, that is no IRC backdoor- this coin is using IRC to find further nodes to sync from. A common practice in many many other coins!

Right... I have over 30 QT wallets in my computer and none of them had detected IRCbot or any other kind of malware in it.. It's really odd for me to just "forget" about it and think "Oh it's a common practice"
I'm not really concerned for myself because I bought in at 2 satoshis and I already dumped my shares at 10 so yeah easy money and will never buy this coin again, just thought to get the word out in here.

Quickdeal why you still ignoring my question??

Avoid this scam bullshit people... Guess u'll learn the hard way

Idiot , I thought you said you are done with lindacoin why are you here again. Everyone is saying there is no backdoor why is that only you sees it. Fool get off this thread.

Such a professional answer humble developer, nice way to gain reputation. I don't care what people say, I need a definitive answer from you but it's clearly seen that you are far from being a developer.. you don't even announce names of you and your so called "team"...

Im not the only one who sees fraud in this shit... there are many people who claim it to have backdoor in it.. but you cannot even come up with an explanation why is it so... red flags aren't imagined you dumb fuck..
yeah I'm staying away from this coin, I bought 1btc worth of Linda at 2 satoshi and dumped the shit out of it at 11 sat just like you did. 5 billion current supply after 2 weeks of release.. looks legit.. right

The IRCBOT detection is a common thing for wallets.

Just doing a google search on these forums brings up similar detections on:

Kekcoin: https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/2026344.460
Volpcoin: https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/2001317.40
RSGPcoin: https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/2003436.200
Onyx wallet: https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/1934989.320
Durer coin: https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/1992123.40
Cache coin: https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/1942145.560
Crave: https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/1964765.msg20124226#msg20124226
Kittehcoin: https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/1340334.100
Zoin coin: https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/1671060.660

This isn't even all of them and they all started report this issue in the last month after not being detected on any of them. Pretty much every single coin that likely all use the same base wallet code is showing up with similar reports from the Anti-virus scanners. Someone obviously put in a pattern that is matching on the base code of the wallets. Unless you are saying that every single one of these coins has a backdoor in it.

pff, 30.000.000 coins for mn,yea right. That is just a little to much.
Around 10.000 coins would be more than enough.

Linux Wallet dont start. It search for libminiupnp, dont find it, but is still installed...

But dont worry... it happens with most linux wallets :-)

Buuut... please fix it :-)

Just few hints to get wallet compiling from source using linux ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

After installing all required packages according to ./doc/build-unix.md,
set executive rights chmod 755 ./src/leveldb/build_detect_platform and build and install lib secp256k1 :

cd ~/Linda/src/secp256k1
./autogen.sh
./configure
make
sudo make install

I had to modify ./src/net.cpp.

./src/net.cpp :
require correct miniupnpc distro path (22.1 , 23.1, 24.1, 25.1)

#ifdef USE_UPNP
#include <miniupnpc/miniwget.h>
#include <miniupnpc/miniupnpc.h>
#include <miniupnpc/upnpcommands.h>
#include <miniupnpc/upnperrors.h>
#endif

then you can do classic
qmake -qt=qt5 && make
insideLinda folder.

Hope someone will appreciate
LINDA donation address LXBM5M1DPMR2qBj7eRmtCKXD1CMzaE1AKD

this didnt work for me, is there a slack or discord channel where i can get some help?

tehMoonwalker, send me PM, copy/paste errors from compiler and I'll try to help you.
Please also specify which linux distro are you using.
OK ? Wink

Who want earn money without working, have to invest money and bear the risk.

But you can buy 10.000 Crown@1usd or 10.000 PIVX@2usd or 1000 Dash @200usd if 30.000.000 too much for you at few Satoshis Roll Eyes

Many people pay much more for one asic-miner and you cry about 1-3BTC for Masternode?

This is correct alot of coins just use IRC for peer discovery, the only thing they do is login to IRC announce them selves so other nodes can connect and add other nodes that announce themselves in that channel its just a way for the network to stay connected
If you inspect the code you see that is all that these coins do there is no "backdoor"

I you were worried then you can check the code and compile from source rather than using a binary wallet.

Quickdeal,

1- Please introduce yourself and your team, and give us the links for your personal profiles in social media like twitter, Fb, Linkedin, etc.
people would trust the project easier when they know who are they dealing with.

2- when will the masternode be implemented? the community needs a timeline.

3- when will the Mac wallet be released?

Thank you in advance.
