- yes, if you will touch refresh button too often, app could fall down when you have slow internet. try use it like others, refresh when you want download new data. pool provides info every few minutes. if you will refresh more often, you will get same data...

- if you have any problem with GUI, please try make screenshot and send to our support suprnova@0a1.eu

- download time we cant speed up. you get data directly from pool to phone... if you have fast internet connection, slow is surnnovat

whats wrong? suprnova has little bit unstable api, but I downloaded all of them for mona in app.

if you have any problem, try make screenshot or write, what is wrong... best thing is send us your apikey for testing

I know this is going to sound stupid, but can someone help me finding my suprnova.cc api key? I looked into all the options in the website and couldnt find it

Some pools use for access to their information via API and every user has own API KEY.

For pools coinmine.pl, suprnova.cc, miningpoolhub.com you can find your API key here:

1. Select pool
2. Log in
3. Go to the Account section
4. Edit Account - and there is no such data. There's no api key!!!
Where to get it??? I looked through all the tabs on the pool, all the settings. Api que is not anywhere!

btw do you know whats the best way to contact suprnova pools admin? I tried opening a support ticket on https://zec.suprnova.cc/ but this is definitely bugged for me, I tried like 20 times and every single time I get "Invalid captcha" error even tho I am 100% sure I am not missing the captcha
