Lower fees compared to Segshit Coin Insanely high fees.
1. LN fees will be variable , which means they will increase at the whim of the LN hub owners and fees will vary depending on the person you are sending it too.
2. Anyone could use an exchange's Offchain processing right now for any coin , without the drawbacks of LN.
3. When there is no direct LN route, an LN payment will not be possible or fee making it not worth it, Therefore LN will not work for some people.
4. LN directly ignores the KYC/AML Laws by hiding transaction information, which means LN hubs will be made illegal or all LN Hub data transactions will have to be reported to the Governments so they are not arrested.
(Which reporting all info is their plan.)
5. LN uses it own note redeemable for onchain segshitcoin , this in and of itself is a banking note , as such a banking license, will be required to run one.
Any other coin, that charges a fixed or low fee rate and allows everyone not just LN's slaves to transact with each other will be superior to LN.
