Just to clarify, we don't charge any extra fee on top of the providers, so there is no extra fee user ever have to pay by transacting from our platform. We just enable them to compare prices and choose the best one.

Regarding the coin pairs, we support 97 coins, ideally that makes 97X96=9312 pairs, but few combinations of the coins are not available, which makes the coin pairs little over 4000.

This guy is one of their spammers. They have been using people to spam them all over the net like this guy

I sent them .5012 btc (approximately $2180 usd at the time) and was told I would get 103 NEO (approximately $2110) I got 99 NEO (approximately $2050) Coinswitch cheated me out of $60 AND shorted me 4 coins

When I contacted them they said the price had gone up so they changed the deal in their favor even though that was the day of the Chinese ICO ban and the price dropped everywhere else.

Point is, they charge you a huge fee and then the exchange rate they tell you on their website is not what you actually get.
