The vulnerabilities in Bitcoin cash are going to cause a lot of financial damage to all the businesses.

One of them, being the replay attack is going to raise a lot of havoc.
For example exchange gets a request from the customer to withdraw coins on the original Bitcoin network. Exchange creates a transaction using the HSMs that manage their keys and send it to the network. An attacker copies that transaction to the BCC network, exchange loses the coins.

For us businesses with established security procedures, we will be unable to prevent these losses which BCC protocol appears to be specifically designed to create. Updating our security systems to prevent these losses will also take months of security audits and will be costly.

If BCC is launched with this vulnerability it will be of paramount importance for us to make sure BCC is not a commercial success in order to reduce our own liability related to these losses.
