It's my first to know freewallet.org, I think you had made a wrong decision to use ethereum wallet instead of MEW you used that freewallet.org, They have a supprot contact try to contact them and tell what happen to your ethereum wallet to their side. Just next time use MEW or known as Myetherwallet, this is safe and prove and tested too.
