Patience is a friend, these people are not like scammers.  They just need time, and until they build their platform, it's better not to use this exchange.

2 years? Nonsense, Binance was born in July '17, KuCoin October '17 and COSS very late September '17. Neither KuCoin nor Binance have 2 years advantage over COSS.

Binance boomed in mid December going x2 and then x5 in late December. Reached ATH 7 January.
KuCoin boomed late December, reaching ATH close to Binance per coin. It however boomed much faster than Binance, which means these projects are highly sought.
COSS started booming early January but truly took off 6. January. It's behind Binance and KuCoin but not by a lot. They are all almost equally as old. You could almost predict COSS future by looking at Binance and KuCoin. Actually both COSS and KuCoin offer 50% fee return which would make those exchanges more popular than the normal ones. I don't have any info on this on Binance.

About postponements, i am agreeing it should be bug-free so we can wait. But in the other hand there is lots of exchange on the way and if coss comes late there would be a little piece to take.

I have since 05.01.2018 seasoned the withdrawal to the purse myetherwallet but the coss did not come, wrote in support, every day they promise, but have not yet translated

I did withdraw LTC twice today and they arrived the wallet within the estimated 30 minutes
