Pretty good analisys of what's going on lately. I feel like the community energy was wasted, since dev was doing all the things alone (or maybe with some minor help) and now it will be hard to change that downfall. It's such a shame, because we had a lot of good people wanted to get involved...
Nothing is lost, I have my own experience with a coin (EMC2) which in 2014 was launched at around 200 sats, grew until 400, was pumped until 1200, then collapsed back to 700, and then in the following months slided down down down to 15-20 sats, and there it stayed for a year or more, and for another year or two it didn't rise over 50 sats. In december 2017 nevertheless it reached an ATH of 20100 sats.
However, rising from hell is difficult and it doesn't always work. Long term commitment from the team is necessary.
PS. Glad you've liked my analysis. Is seems that liking my analysis is more useful to get some merit than actually doing the analysis
