You don't need to invite someone! Yes, priority should be given to skilled people or loyalty supporters but if you don't know anyone who brings an added value to the community then it's better to pass your hand. Sometimes, doing nothing can be an advantage

By contributing something to the movement, by being active, participating in discussions, providing useful info, idea's, graphics, content etc.

IMO the point isn't to invite hero or senior or legendary members, because that doesn't guarantee anything. We don't need just people. We need real interested Movement supporters and over all skilled people: development, marketing, design or people able to propose and share ideas and enthusiasm. Really to be just a hero or a legendary member in itself doesn't add any value.

oh, you right, but if the developer need a strong team, he should start finding it, and there is a lot of designers and it specialists on this forum, so would be good to give them tokens and recruit them into the team:) maybe you can tell me is there already dev found some people for dao team or by know he is just all alone? thnx
