I think what you should do is try and get your dice game up and running on the lightning network and if all else is successful you can try and get some investors to invest in your bankroll so you could accept larger bets and be able to make more profit.
I don't think it's worth promoting an on-chain game at the moment due to the hassle with fees, having to send from an wallet constantly, etc. It would be a waste. There was a time sometime before 2017 when it was "ok" having an onchain gambling game because max fees back then were like 10000 Sats and BTC was like $200 but most of the time the blocks were never full so you could get away with paying less in fees if you weren't in a hassle. Right now yoncant donthqy. Times have changed due to mass adoption.
