Total stakes (weeks 7,8) will be filled until October 8.
If Relest doesn't reach a soft cap there is no reason to send tokens to bounty participation at this moment (2.5% of the tokens at this moment = 0.55ETH for all Bounty campaign). We will relaunch the ICO (second stage) and then send tokens.
Stage 2 will start in the ~ middle of November.
Softcap will be $300k, Hardcap = $5kk
1 old REST token = 2 new REST token
1000 new REST token = 1 ETH
Bounty participants will be paid by the new REST tokens.
