Nobody from Idnow ever picks up the call. I have tried now 5 times, on 3 different days. Am I just supposed to wait for hours? There is no wait time estimation or anything... and utrust support doesn't seem to care, they just keep saying try later... No escalation process or anything. Good luck being a dispute resolving "industry leader".. good grief
Canuck21. I am from Canada and also had great difficulty verifying with IDnow.
Try the "webcam" verification option and use a cable or RJ45 connection (not over WiFi). Yes the wait times at IDnow can be long depending on when during the day time you try to connect. During my dozens of attempts I waited as little as 5 minutes and as long as nearly 1 hour. A lot of time waiting if you have to redo the KYC process over, and over and over. It can be frustrating.
If you have all your documents ready (form A, passport, utility bill) don't give up! Find a stable, high bandwidth internet connection. Most of my problems were due to low bandwidth that made the KCY process nearly impossible due to lags, and dropped signal.
