What I did was delete close the wallet, delete the wallet database and
open the wallet and let it sync again.
After the sync was finished, I transferred some coins to Exchange and it worked.

This is the same weird issue I had, you update deamon but not he wallet itself.
You are not using latest wallet, all you had to do was read 2 posts up!!

That is strange. Could it be related to the computers power settings? What OS are you running?

It is possible that your windows was autoupdated, and video drivers were also updated.

How about providing more details to potentially help anyone else with the same problem? Like, what cards and what driver version did you have before?

Is version tag "Rebase 2" mandatory or just beta? Do I need to erase old blockchain to resync?
