I think you need to re-consider the minimum order. I have used others mixer like cryptomixer and I can do lower amounts like .02BTC. If you lower your minimum amount, chances are you can get a lot of casual customers like me. 

And just like others have mentioned, I good signature campaign can reach out potential customers as well. One member has already pitch his intention to be your campaign manager, just wish that the campaign manager you choose will accept members and up applicants.  , and I will gladly join in. I just tested your mixer and those are my first impressions:

The website design is clean and easy to use. I really enjoyed the overview page of the mixing process, which features detailed information on how your transaction will be held, especially at the bottom where it shows all the incoming and outgoing transactions and the calculator tool.

I choose the transaction to be delayed by 1 hour. Result: I got my mixed coins after exactly 1 hour after the first network confirmation.

My suggestions:

1. Allow people to choose a random delay from X to Y hours.
2. Allow people to choose a delay for each output address.
3. Let people extend their order for more time. 24 hours may not be enought if the user sends a transaction with a super low fee by mistake.
4. Make it possible to delete every log from your order instantly after successfully receiving the coins - instead of waiting 24 hours.

This is my first time doing a mixing service although I know what is the sole purpose of it.

• The site looks good and it loads fast in normal browser don't know in .onion
• You have the right to customize everything and you can download the letter of guaranteed which signed a message it is clearly stated, however the txt file seems random maybe if it is written with passion I could read it faster.
• The minimum fees are too much for a normal person like me but you can have a 50% discount if you write a review from other forum and send it to them via email.
• I didn't see the attention box at first I thought I might lost my BTC if you change the attention box before looking for discount box I will see it first.

Ok I have sent bitcoin and received mixed coin in my address instantly after 1 confirmation in my deposit.

I have selected instant mixing with 0.8% mixing fee and site shows fee of (0.8% + 0.0005BTC per address) and it seem correct on output transaction details.

Mixing was smooth and site automatically detects incoming transactions which is quite nice (but there seems to be some delay on displaying those changes).

I love the concept of that code feature to insure completely anonymity in future.

Tried your mixing service for the first time, it's easy and smooth. The main page interface is nice, simple, and quite intuitive. The process also very quick, my whole mixing process from creating order to coins being sent to destination address only took 15 minutes (I chose instant mixing and got lucky on my blockchain confirmation time ). The order page is also as nice as the main landing page, it is clean and very informative.

Here are some suggestions:

1. Display address QR Code on order page. Am I missing something? Kinda weird not able to find QR code for the input address. Is there any particular reason for this? I mean yeah we can easily click the address and get redirected to blockchain explorer (which is nice), but there should be an on-page QR code as it's already become a standard now.

2. I read the FAQ and read that you can send any amount while in fact there is a limit on how many Bitcoin you can mix here.





3. Grammar and spelling. There are some spelling and grammar mistakes on your site, especially in the Wallet page. I'm not a native English speaker, but these mistakes are quite obvious. It doesn't cause a major problem, but to make your site look more professional it's good to have no such mistake. Example:



4. Add "Destination" (or any other suitable terms) before "Bitcoin address" in this box. Just for more clarity.

There are few suggestions I would like to give here;
1. You should add QR code for bitcoin address on mixing page so that we can simply send bitcoin by scanning deposit address. Copying whole bitcoin address is not always a best practice.

2. Also when I tried to start mixing with clearnet url in TOR browser I got some problem which I couldn't understand and it asked me to use TOR mirror which I used later on, is this normal?

3. I like overall design of the site but can't mixing be done in just one page, not like redirecting through several pages. I think you can use ajax to make page preloaded instead of plain HTML which you might be using right now.

4. There was no any problem with mixing although, fee seems quite high (network fees) for small amount of mixing. However 0.8% + 0.0015BTC is not quite big for huge amount of bitcoin.

I am impressed with speed of total mixing time.After discovering this mixer i feel bad for my wasted time on other services.Interface is easy,smooth and understanable.Even my grandmother can mix her coins in case of wanna be untraceable
I won't hesitate to share this service with my friends. IMO this one will be my preferred mixer.

After using your service I found it is fastest among all the other mixing services needs only 1 Confirmation to process order. So, it is time-saving.

Letter of guarantee is provided by all but on your website, there is an order id is provided so we can go and check the status while on other sites you have to manually check it and the best part is that you can delete it manually anytime after receiving your coins into your wallet.

The interface is good and one has not to make extra effort to make mixing possible as everything is there on the front page to start the process.
