I read the thread, and I see that problems with the exchange appear mainly for users whose rank is "newbie" and activity 13-10. Perhaps theyre doing something wrong by the fact that they are inexperienced are just bots that cheat on order
Probably those users are not active in bitcointalk and just created an account for support purposes in crex24 thread, Most traders are just reading this forum without getting their own account.
If their complaints are valid, then there's no harm done, its also nice to see how crex24 staffs handle all support inquiries in this thread.
