For users asking, there is no ICO, but all rewards will be distributed after network launch.
I will also be reworking the translation bounty. The winners have not yet been listed because they will be announced after our ANN thread undergoes an overhaul and translation work can begin from there. The translation bounty will be extended as a result of this and run on it's own schedule following the original reward distribution mentioned in my original post.
