Instructions will appear on the website if ICO has started, you just have to wait until ICO starts, maybe it will not be much different with preaO, or it could be the same way

Will the amount of investment in ICO be reduced? I mean not like pre ICO which has a minimal amount for investment

the cap $40m or 100k eth seems too high and i cant see much promotion as the ico is coming soon, i wonder how will the ico going

This project is really useful and have the social meaning. I take part in it from the beginning and hope that it will be the new word in the student's work.

It's ok but could easily be run without a specific token as well.

I subscribe to the opinion and I want to add on substance.
We need to "ripen to the root" as they say in the post-Soviet space.
The project is aimed at a topic that was relevant to this day, but has not been promoted to 100%.
The big plus is the fact that the decentralized platform + technology blockchain.
The main fact in my opinion is that the team has a clear road map with which they are not going to wind up.
