I have the same problem too on which I do already put my ETH wallet on the designated location but still it errors.I do try to swap between btc add and ETH might resolve the problem but I do failed. What should we gonna do?

But when I tried registering at your site, it says: You are not eligible for registration. Reason: All accounts registered on Bitcointalk after August 22, 2017 are not qualified.

Why you said its unconditional?
