Can't you check etherum address for checking progress?
And investors can't see their money because it wasn't even issued yet. They will be seen after ICO ends.

I'm not sure about all the legal aspects regarding erc20 tokens in united states but I would suggest you to research about it.

I don't know if they would ban your ip address, ask the team.
