In every ICO I always ask myself at least 2 questions:
-What will cause a market demand for the coin so the price can go up?
-What will convince people not to sell it once ICO ends so the price will not drop?

Can someone give me short answer on this two?

most of these real estate projects keep popping up and down, there is no doubt there is money in real estate market, but I still don't believe the space is matured enough for all these ideas coming on stage, I will wait and see how this work out

1) The market demand will be supported by real asset (commercial real estate) and real cash flow generated from its lease. The more effective fundumental business, the higher its market cap.

2) No one can avoid speculations and saleouts, but the real payback of the project will retain strategic partners.
