How much of the token supply will be allocated for the token sale? Will there be any bonuses? If so, what's the bonus?

The team is not publishing the current status of the pre-sale and its only known to investors with 10k $ and above.I hope they do make it available for the crowdsale for everyone to view the contribution status.

For Pre-sale, the bonuses will be:

33.4-166.7 ETH -> 10%; 2,200 SHP/ETH

166.8-833.3 ETH -> 20%; 2,400 SHP/ETH

833.4-1666.7 ETH -> 30%; 2,600 SHP/ETH

I think this is definitely great news for those who wanted to participate in the pre-sale but weren't able to because of the minimum. It also rewards those who contribute first.

Agreed. The minimum is much lower and the bonus structure is great for individuals with less capital.

I need to understand well how this actually going to work. First dividends payment will be made in January while ICO will be open till February 5th. What to assume from all this that ICO will remain open regardless of the sale results or in case of tokens sell off earlier it will be closed ?

You need to read the blog properly, anyone that already buy early right now can use the platform that will be live on December and get ETH payout on January, this ongoing token sale is great for the new adopter.

In case of if the team get succeed to achieve the hard cap in prior time than what status will be of this ICO. Is the condition of hard cap been removed and this crowdsale has been turned into duration like it will continue until the dead line.

But there are a lot of ICOs who are successful, if you just look at the top 10 in the https://coinmarketcap.com, you will understand that some are holding it for long term especially if the project itself has a great potential. Sharpe capital is still under ICO but I believe it's going to be more successful in the future.
