If you can’t provide shares to tokenize them  -  it’s impossible to sell them on LAToken platform during the life of the forward contract.
The shares will be used as collateral once they are tokenized. So, the owner can’t sell them.

LAToken team promise to provide market making services on LAT exchange. They will be the only seller of tokenized shares initially. After thoroughly testing and finalizing this model they will allow small amount of qualified users to experiment.

Initially LAToken exchange will use simplified clearing procedures.
