 As i am reading your rules i think 60 per post week is a little bit high when you are promoting  campaign like this, many participant will spam posting in any way they want in  the forum, the cause of this  is you will not have good result from the signature campaign, you may reconsider some good rules like minimum characters  and constructive words, just saying..

you realy if requriement 60 post/week i think is very high requirement post

OP, can you make your payment structure clearer. Somewhere you wrote 0.3 and 0.2btc for the respective tiers and another you wrote 0.03 and 0.02btc for that again. Which is the right payment?
