Under the circumstances would it be possible to ask the exchange to not accept new deposits of BTBc and to let the BTBc on the exchange sell out?  This would stop the bleeding and the risk of new coins entering the market.

If you really want to protect original investors, you should re-deliver all of their original number of coin to new one in their account.

I await your favorable action and if there is a good way to resolve the illicit mining issue, I do certainly hope BitBase remains BitBase and I am truly waiting not only for my ETH deposit but also for the VISA card that is only offered to ICO members

I think that no matter where people buy, the coin will always be the same and the one that generates it too. The one that generates a coin automatically and legally becomes money issuer and is responsible for it .. now he believe that making another coin, it allows abandon the previous one without problems nor responsibilities, and leaving the promises of the project truncated.. those promises were for which investors also bought in Coinexchange. When Yakov sees that his game is taking a direction that is not convenient, he changes it to his favor inventing new rules and putting amazing excuses. that is not professional. The people that bought in exchanges or in ico, bought for the project that was behind, not for the form or the name of the coin that in itself are not worth anything .. all those people who buy and support the project, now he tell them that maybe he could swap their coin but he would take away 90% ... that is ridiculous ...
I think that many investors would not like to lose their money and start reporting this actions like fraud.
