Relax, the network hash is still around 50mh/s and transactions are working great.  He said he is working on releasing a proper update and I'm sure it will come out when its fully tested.

wow, its funny now that i've bitched about it to cryptsy and in this thread, my transaction immediately starts to confirm. i've literally been waiting all damn day.

Regarding why no patch for cpu thrashing, maybe fix is not so easy?

Maybe the patch he was testing didn't work???

The worse part about being involved in crypto is the amount of children running around with their hair on fire. So dramatic, so disheartening, zero patience for anything that goes awry for a few hours. Everyone has their favorite coin and poster child dev. Its like watching lemmings sometimes.
